Real estate has been in my blood since 1991, when I started a career as a Residential Property Manager. After many years of hard work, which earned me Property of Year, Manager of the Year and numerous Customer Service Awards, I decided to get my real estate license in July 2005. I sold real estate in Paso Robles, California, until 2009 when the market took a down-turn. My family and I decided to move to Roseville and return to property management.

In 2014, I made a bold move by leaving property management, once and for all. In my first year back, I successfully qualified for Master's Club and have continued to grow my business. Past client referrals are the primary source of my growing business and this only happens because of my passion for helping people, my attention to detail and my "above and beyond" attitude.

I grew up in Southern California, where I met my amazing husband, David. We have 2 beautiful children, who also live locally. I enjoy spending time with my husband, in our Newcastle home, tending to our 2 acres and attending concerts during the summer. I am also committed to working out and eating right!

I love selling homes and helping my clients with all their real estate needs. My relationship with my clients doesn't end when the house sells. I keep in touch with every past client, with hand-written note cards, phone calls, mailing items of value, dropping off small gifts and hosting a yearly client appreciation party to show how much I appreciates each of them.

I work hard for my buyers and am available on short notice to show homes, write competitive offers, and use every tool in my arsenal to get their offer accepted. I am a strong negotiator, good communicator and very easy to get ahold of.

For sellers, I also offer additional services, such as 3D Virtual Tours, Professional Photography, Just Listed, Pending and Just Sold postcards, Door Knocking 100 neighbors to invite to open houses, Social Media Marketing, Broker Caravan, Office Caravan and constant communication. Excellent service is my #1 goal!
