I had a reverse mortgage on my house and it was a very difficult time, it was during covid. That did not stop Umala from sticking with getting my house up and ready to sale. Manny was instrumental for my transaction. Other than being a vacant land purchase, my transaction was supposed to be relatively straightforward, with higher than required down payment, easy borrowers profile etc. But it was made incredibly difficult by (my) poor choice of the lender, who was hard to communicate with, inconsistent and unreliable.
